This 2-day workshop give definition to trending drugs of choice, changes in current substance use due the pandemic, enhanced drug education as well as grief, loss and family support when working with those affected by addiction.
ADDICTIONS & IMPACTS ON FIRST NATIONS FAMILIES
This 3-day training explores the complexity of addictions, trending substances of choice, and enhanced drug education training including harm reduction. This training also reflects on current changes in substance misuse influenced by COVID 19 pandemic response. Grief, Loss, and Family support for those effected by addiction is also highlighted.
BUILDING OUR CLINICAL SUPERVISION BUNDLE
This is a 3-day workshop that helps the manager or supervisor build culturally safe supervision. Clinical supervision may involve individual, group or peer approaches, and can be informed by a variety of cultural and theoretical perspectives. With an emphasis on our professional working ‘bundles’ this training focuses on unfolding the narrative of professional development, reflective practice, and support for the clinical supervisor.
CREATING SAFE SPACES FOR TRAFFICKED INDIVIDUALS
A full day training for services providers that work within the communities. This training will provide you with the tools necessary to feel confident to support an individual of trafficking. From crisis to after-care. Training service providers to feel confident and equipped to be a support within their First Nation Community.
GOVERNANCE & BOARD TRAINING
This 3-day module helps Boards in developing bicultural governance within their organizations. This session is for Board of Directors or subcommittees of the Board to engage in their understanding of the relationship they have towards their organizations and the roles and responsibilities therein.
HARM REDUCTION PRACTICES
Learn to “Meet them where they are at”. This 3-day workshop is designed primarily for families, friends, allies, and service providers of folx who use substances. Learn about what harm reduction actually is, how to support folx with equity in mind, what intersectionality in social sciences is, as well as how everyday language matters and how it can be practically applied to reduce harm and stigma.
HARM REDUCTION & SUBSTANCE USE IN QUEER COMMUNITIES
This 2-day workshop is designed primarily for service providers as well as families, friends, and allies of 2SLGBTTQQIAAP+ folx who have experience in using substances. Learn about the unique relationship and history of queer communities and substance use and how we can best support folx through harm reduction practices. This workshop also highlights current trends of substance use within 2SLGBTTQQIAAP+ communities and what we can do to reduce social harms, including stigma
2SLGBTQQIAP+ FOLX ALLY TRAINING
Learn all about the fabulous colors of the rainbow! This 3-day workshop is designed for service providers as well as families, friends, and allies of the 2SLGBTTQQIAAP+ community. This workshop will define what is sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression as well as their differences in relation to queer individuals and communities. It also focuses on queer history, inclusivity, and how to support our 2SLGBTTQQIAAP+ community members through harm reduction practices

This 3-day workshop focuses on bicultural leadership and management from the lens of servant and transformational leadership. The workshop focuses on the role of the manager as educator, helper, administrator, performance measurement leader, and developer of strong systems and teams.
PROPOSAL WRITING- THE BASICS
This 2-day workshop is designed to help your team become effective proposal writers. In this time of competitive resource hunting, it is important to have your people develop the skills needed to research, access, and carry out funding RFP development.
This transformative 2-day workshop focuses on how the impacts of historical and intergenerational-trauma affects us within the workplace. Within this training, participants will explore how to heal relationships with self, families, communities and workplaces. This training is strengths based, trauma-informed and deepens the need for love & respect within our work family.
SEX WORK VS HUMAN TRAFFICKING
This 3-day workshop is designed for service providers and allies who support folx that identify as being victims/survivors, or experientials of the sex trade and/or human trafficking. Learn the difference between the sex trade and human trafficking. Learn how to best support folx involved in the sex trade and/or human trafficking using harm reduction practices. This program also identifies current trends related to the sex trade and/or human trafficking and how service providers and allies can support folx involved in the sex trade and/or human trafficking by meeting their individual needs of now.
