This two-day training guides Managers and Supervisors through operational management strategies. Participants will learn about setting culturally-safe standards of practice, motivating employees, hiring, orientation, performance assessments, and evaluating your team.

This 2-day training focuses on providing competencies to managers that focus on the transfer of learning skills and knowledge to staff and educational based leadership.  Managers/Supervisors will reflect the 4R’s of leadership; Relationship, Respect, Reciprocity, and Responsibility.

Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of mission/vision and undertaking a purpose-critical philosophy of learning for success in the workplace.

This 3- day training focuses on providing effective leadership behaviour in creating an organization rooted in the 4R’s of Respect, Responsibility, Relationships, and Reciprocity by understanding and reflecting on the ‘culture’ of the team and its role in the success of the organization.

Participants will learn how the theory of change incorporating the 4 R’s supports performance, learning, development, and culturally safe and humble organizations.
